State NIMAS/NIMAC Coordinator
The Bureau of Indian Education has chosen to opt out of the NIMAC; therefore, they have not designated a NIMAS/NIMAC Coordinator. However, contact information is provided on the BIE web site for the following individuals involved in NIMAS and related processes and activities.

State Definition of Timely Manner for the Delivery of AIM to Students
The BIEs definition of "timely manner" is "to provide instructional materials for persons with blindness and/or print disability at the same time as their non-disabled peers."
